From the team behind KINDRED and MOTHERSHIP comes a new dual-concept located in the enchanting neighborhood of University Heights: VULTURE (Mid Century American Continental Fine Dining) and DREAMBOAT (all day micro-Diner).
We are currently looking to fill positions in the Front Of House support roles for VULTURE - Backwaiter /Maître d' / Expo. VULTURE will be a "finer" dining style of service so these positions are a great opportunity for those both experienced in elevated formats of service, but also for those that have experience in other styles of service but are excited to learn quickly in a more structured environment. Our backwaiter positions are also much more than a traditional "busser" role, and present a chance to do light versions of serving along with core support of key guest experience steps.
VULTURE's culinary program comes from the inspired collaboration between Chefs Pancho Castellón (previously of Serea Coastal Cuisine and Michelin starred Niku Steak House) and Ryan Costanza (Atelier Crenn, Dija Mara, Present Tense, etc). The FOH team will be led by the leadership that oversaw the openings of both KINDRED and MOTHERSHIP.
